Cut To The Chase Film Festival is celebrated its third edition on September 18, 19, & 20th 2015. This year our audience will had the pleasure of viewing 11 short films including animation, suspense, comedy, drama and documentaries. Movies where screened from local, regional and international filmmakers.  Our Official Selection of films showcased at the event where;

This year’s selected films will be screened by our panel of judges, Catlin Renee Campbell, Sam Holdren and Kathryn Burns, whom bring the experience of being on camera and behind the camera. All films will be screened at the Historic Shepherdstown Opera House, home of the first taking movies in WV.
